Overview

There are various courses open but none have been fully researched. There is no proof therefore that one method works better than another.

To ensure that treatment works, randomised blended trials need to be carried out, that is a comparison of the treatments with a placebo.

This produces creditable evidence on which to base treatments. This has now begun to happen.
